Our team of Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) and Communication Disorder Assistants (CDA) is excited to work with you and your child. While you are waiting for your assessment or in between blocks of therapy, here are some resources to help you track your child’s development and support growth of their communication skills.

Your Preschool Child’s Speech and Language Development
This brochure outlines the milestones that 3, 4, and 5-year-olds meet as they progress their speech and language skills. It also includes tips to continue developing your child’s vocabulary, grammar, articulation and early literacy skills (See Three/Four/Five-year-olds like it when you…). When Children Speak More Than One Language
Many children grow up with exposure to 2 or more languages. Children benefit from exposure to the language spoken by their parents/family as it provides opportunities to connect with their culture and form strong bonds with caregivers. This booklet can help families understand how children learn more than one language and how to help a child develop good communication skills no matter what language(s) they are using.
