Our Baby Follow Up Program is for baby’s who were born premature (less than 37 weeks), were born with a low birth weight or had medical needs at birth. The program is also for babies who need monitoring of skills such as learning to roll or sit.
Baby’s can be referred by their doctor, specialist or parent/caregiver to the program.
