FINANCE ANALYST
Part I
Position Title: Finance Analyst
Reports to: Finance Manager
Part II
Position Summary:
As a member of the Centre finance team, provides finance and accounting services for the Centre operations or capital assets, and assists in the preparation of working documents for audit and reporting.
Part III
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of working papers for the payment of all payroll remittances, HOOPP, CRA, EHT and WSIB.
- Preparation of financial reports for the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services and other funders.
- Preparation of month end entries including prepaid expenses, payroll accruals and grant revenues and expenses.
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of year end working papers for the annual financial audit.
- Responsible for the day-to-day accounting activity in relation to the CTC-CK Capital Build Project including A/P entries, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Working with Procurement Lead, monitoring expenditures for all Owner Ancillary and FFE expenditures.
- Working with the MCCSS Capital Branch ensuring timely submission of all reporting and forecasting.
- Supporting transition costs forecasting, collecting contractual commitments and cost estimates, modelling, and coding.
- Provide analytical support to project management.

AUDIOLOGIST
The Children’s Treatment Centre of Chatham Kent is seeking an Audiologist. This is a fulltime (35 hours) permanent position. This position will provide audiology services, including prescription of hearing aids to clients who meet the assessment and admission criteria of the Centre and the Infant Hearing Program for Chatham-Kent and Windsor-Essex. All necessary training will be provided. The primary location will be The Children’s Treatment Centre of Chatham-Kent with outreach to Windsor Regional Hospital.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree in Audiology from an accredited university program
- Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech Pathologists of Ontario
- Good physical and mental health to meet the demands of the position
- Criminal Reference Check for the vulnerable sector
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
The Children’s Treatment Centre of Chatham-Kent is seeking a full-time, permanent, (35 hours a week) Occupational Therapist.
This position will provide services within the School Based Rehabilitation Services Program and Client Funded Services Program
The Occupational Therapist will:
- Provide services for children and youth from birth to 18 years of age, or 21 years if still in school.
- Use a strength-based, solution-focused, family centred, and functional model of service, to assess, identify goals, develop a careplan, and provide intervention.
- Provide interventions that include consultation, coaching, Partnering for Change P4C, (universal tiered service model), monitoring, group intervention, home programs and individual direct services (in person or virtual).
- Collaborate with other service providers, agencies, and educators.
- Complete documentation as required by the CTC-CK and regulated health college.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- Registration and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists (COTO)

- Experience working with families, children, and youth with multiple, complex, and diverse abilities.
